With 40+ years in the high-tech world of data connectivity, 33 of them at the helm of Signal Solutions Corporation, Greg has witnessed the dramatic evolution of network communications like few others.

The fruits of his labor are evident in the solid team of loyal, hardworking, customer focused design & installation professionals that make Signal their home. Born & raised in Pittsburgh PA, Greg has been an active member of the Benicia, California community since 1981.

Garrett grew up with Signal, working part time in the field and in the office while attending high school and attaining his business degree at Sacramento State University.


Since then, he has been a driving force behind the expansion of our service offerings, modernization of our information systems and the enhancement and streamlining of our administrative, finance & HR functions.


Bitten with the travel bug at an early age, chances are if you think of a far off place, he’s been there.

Dee Jay joined the company in 1997 as an entry level cable installer fresh out of the U.S. Marines where he served as a communications technician.


Quick to learn and also quick with a joke, Dee Jay rose through the ranks to Project Manager in 2001 and then VP of Operations in 2016. In addition to the many operational hats he has to wear to keep our ship on course, Dee Jay continues to provide project design, estimating and management services to a diverse customer base.


Outside of work, you can usually find him on the baseball diamond, coaching the local high school team or plying the coastal California waters in one his boats. Once a Marine, always a Marine. Semper Fi.

Michael joined Signal Solutions in 2018 after a decade in information technology.

Joining the team to help grow the AV business he has been instrumental in expanding our engineering services in a number of areas. With a strong background in networking he's been well poised to understand and implement complex systems as they converge with IT.

Away from the office Michael may be found digging in to the latest technology or walking his dog, Cisco.

Like just about everyone else at Signal, Chris got his start as an entry level technician in 2001, primarily providing onsite riser management and support services for several of our major high rise building owners.


He quickly demonstrated the right stuff it takes to get their tenants connected with data/telecom carrier services, never an easy task with the likes of AT&T to coordinate with. Promoted to Project Manager in 2014, Chris is one of our top design/build specialists primarily serving the East Bay communities in Alameda & Contra Costa counties.


He is also the top golfer on staff, wickedly good. If he happens to ask you to play for money, don’t.

Kevin joined the company way back in 1989 as one of our first installation technicians.


Previously, Kevin had worked as a Central Office technician working for Pacific Bell and brought his knowledge of the telco industry’s standards and best practices to our young company at a time when networks and networking standards were practically non-existent, cementing the standards-based approach we’ve continue to practice to this day. Kevin has taken on many challenging jobs as a project manager for Signal for over 25 years, primarily serving Napa, Sonoma & Marin counties.

It’s not unusual to find him off stalking big game or big fish somewhere on the planet when he’s unplugged from work.

His calm Pacific Islander demeanor and attention to details is invaluable when the sparks start flying. Like most everyone at Signal, Lloyd began his journey here in 2008 as a front-line cable installer where he learned what we teach all of our employees to strive for; 100% customer satisfaction.

Outside of work you may find Lloyd and his young family enjoying the great outdoors at their Sierra mountain cabin.

Like most everyone at Signal, Roylee began his journey here as a frontline entry level field technician where he learned and polished his craft starting way back in 2000.


Rising through the ranks to project manager in 2017, Roylee oversees most of our projects in San Francisco, San Mateo & Santa Clara counties, primarily serving the tech industry. With a keen eye and attention to detail, Roylee consistently produces showcase quality installations for our many customers.

A one time restaurateur, Roy's kitchen concoctions make him a popular man at the company pot luck.
