CIM Group

We’ve been providing construction and riser management services for CIM Group, a community focused real estate owner, operator and developer, since their acquisition of several high-rise commercial properties and millions of square feet of prime office space in Oakland & San Francisco beginning in 2008. Over the years CIM, many of its tenants and a slew of telecommunications carriers have relied on us to extend a multitude of copper and fiber-based voice, data and internet services from carrier demarcations to tenant equipment rooms. As many of us know, nothing is easy when dealing with the likes of an AT&T or Comcast but we’ve managed to keep CIM and all its tenants happy and reliably connected for many years.
